The organization seeks an experienced Network Engineering leader to drive strategic initiatives and oversee the design, implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of a robust network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of skilled network engineers, analysts, and administrators, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive network strategies, policies, and procedures to align with business goals and security standards.
  • Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of network architectures, including LAN, WAN, data center, cloud, and hybrid environments.

Additionally, the leader will be responsible for ensuring network reliability, security, and scalability in alignment with business objectives. They will also drive network security initiatives, manage large-scale network upgrade projects, and foster strong vendor partnerships.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8+ years of progressive experience in network engineering and operations.
  • Advanced networking certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are required.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in LAN/WAN technologies, routing and switching, firewall and security infrastructure, SD-WAN, cloud networking, and load balancing. They will also possess a strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, network virtualization, and software-defined networking (SDN).
