Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our Micro Business Loans branch.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient disbursement processes and maintaining exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Micro business loan Disbursement, maintaining Time And Targets (TAT) and ensuring high-quality files at the time of disbursement.
  • Check and disburse MBL cases on the system based on company policies and parameters.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Credit, and FCU stakeholders on a regular basis for process and policy changes and daily work.
Leadership Roles:
  • Mentor and coach senior team members to promote customer-centricity, innovation, compliance, and integrity.
  • Attract and retain top talent to meet the bank's rapid growth targets.
Requirements:
  • Graduation in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations and Customer Service.
Key Performance Indicators:
  • Timely disbursement of Micro business loans.
  • High customer satisfaction ratings.
