Marketing Trainee Role:

- Digital Marketing & Campaigns: Support the planning and execution of digital campaigns across email, social media, and online platforms. Assist in creating content for various digital channels to enhance brand visibility. Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports to optimize strategies.">
- Research and Technology Implementation: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms. Research innovative ways to elevate engagement at corporate events, including gamification, hybrid formats, and immersive brand storytelling. Present new tech-based ideas to clients and integrate them into event proposals.">
- Event Strategy and Support: Work with project managers, designers, and operations teams to support end-to-end planning and execution of domestic and international events. Contribute creative input to elevate event experiences in alignment with client expectations and business goals.">
- Market Analysis: Research market trends, competitor strategies, and evolving client needs. Analyze industry data and generate insights to support growth and marketing strategy.">
- Operational and Administrative Support: Assist with vendor coordination and logistics support. Support internal reporting systems to track performance and align with company goals.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. A strong interest in digital marketing, innovative marketing, and tech-driven engagement strategies is essential.
