A Manhattan Active Team Lead is responsible for guiding a team that supports and implements Manhattan Active solutions, which facilitate streamlined logistics processes.

  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MA WM) is crucial for success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Manhattan Active is necessary to lead the team effectively.
  • Strong background in technology architecture enables smooth integration of systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills are essential to troubleshoot issues promptly.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical expertise ensures seamless implementation of Manhattan Active solutions.
  • Overseeing integrations facilitates efficient workflow and collaboration.
  • Troubleshooting issues minimizes downtime and maximizes productivity.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of MA WM active hands-on experience is required.
  • Overall, 8-10 years of support experience in Manhattan 2014/2018/2020 versions is necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Manhattan ProActive experience is beneficial for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of templating languages Velocity and FreeMarker enhances system customization.
  • Python knowledge provides flexibility in script development.
