Last Mile Delivery Operations Management:

Direct and oversee end-to-end last mile delivery operations within the logistics hub, ensuring timely deliveries and optimized routes.

Team Leadership & Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of experienced delivery professionals, focusing on performance standards and continuous improvement.
  • Resolve team issues, conflicts, and provide constructive feedback for growth.

Cash Handling & Reconciliation Expertise:

  • Oversee cash handling operations, ensuring daily reconciliation of cash collected during deliveries.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Track, monitor, and report on key metrics such as daily, weekly, and monthly delivery performance, return to origin (RTO), and other KPIs.
  • Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics, with a focus on last-mile delivery operations, or 4-5 years for senior roles.
  • Prior experience in managing teams and cash reconciliation is required.
  • Strong knowledge of city routes and nearby areas is essential.
  • Hands-on experience with reporting logistics metrics daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
