Job Description

A Senior Business Analyst is responsible for conducting in-depth interviews with stakeholders to gather key requirements and functional needs. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of e-commerce systems, analytical skills, and the ability to develop comprehensive requirement documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that are cost-effective and meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to clients and delivery team members.
  • Accountable to complete assigned work within specified timeframes and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
Responsibilities Also Include:
  • Working with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.
  • Providing system demonstrations and training to client business users.
  • Developing test plans, writing manual/automated test scripts, and defining acceptance criteria to ensure high-quality project deliverables.

The successful candidate will be able to multitask and work under tight deadlines while maintaining independence with minimal supervision.
