Job Title:

A compliance leader is needed to oversee MACN's global compliance, governance, and ESG workstreams. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset with hands-on project delivery skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Support members in navigating anti-corruption regulations (e.g., FCPA, UK Bribery Act).
  • Oversee and develop compliance tools and resources based on industry needs and regulatory trends.
  • Lead global training programs on anti-corruption and sanctions compliance.
  • Support due diligence initiatives and liaise with external providers.
  • Champion the 'G' in ESG by supporting companies in disclosing anti-corruption efforts within ESG and sustainability reporting.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, International Trade, Public Policy, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, compliance, ESG, or integrity risk.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of sanctions, or anti-corruption frameworks.
  • Proven success engaging with governments, international donors, NGOs, and business leaders.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
  • High proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with e-learning tools is a plus.
  • High ethical standards and a commitment to MACN's core values of integrity, leadership, and respect.
