Key Responsibilities

1. Analytical Approach & Problem Solving

- Design and implement analytical approaches tailored to organizational needs, ensuring data-driven decision making.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into actionable requirements.

2. User Requirements & Collaboration

- Gather detailed user requirements through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality analytical solutions that meet business needs.

3. Analytics Tool Delivery

- Oversee the development and delivery of analytical tools, from discovery to iterative development, ensuring timely and effective results.

- Maintain open communication with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Analytics Solutions Development

- Design, build, and maintain performant and scalable Power BI dashboards and interactive reports across global functions and disciplines.

- Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous testing and validation.

5. Junior Analyst Coaching

- Mentor and guide junior analysts in the development of analytical solutions, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.

6. Data Preparation & Automation

- Develop workflows and scripts for data preparation, cleansing, and rapid prototyping, improving data quality and efficiency.

- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance productivity and reduce manual errors.

7. Stakeholder Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication.

8. Agile Workflow & Backlog Management

- Manage user feedback, prioritize bug fixes, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely and effective delivery of updates and improvements.

9. Post-Deployment Support

- Provide post-deployment support to ensure seamless adoption and drive product growth, handling enhancement requests and managing post-deployment issues.

10. Project Management & Risk Mitigation

- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all project tasks and objectives.

Qualification & Experience

1. Education

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science.

2. Professional Experience

- 2-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with a strong background in analytics and data visualization.

3. Technical Skills

- Strong skills in Power BI, Power Query, and DAX, with experience in building interactive visualizations and data models.

- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, with experience in data manipulation and analysis.

4. Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.

- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex logic and present it clearly to stakeholders.

5. Collaboration & Agile Experience

- Experience working in cross-functional teams and collaborating across time zones, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

6. Other Skills

- Statistical analysis knowledge and experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Comfortable working in dynamic and fast-paced environments, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
