Job Title: Pan India Finance Controller

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire finance and accounting function of the organization, encompassing fund management, audit, working capital management, banking, MIS, IT, income tax matters, GST, VAT/service tax (pending matters), and statutory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly review and finalization of books of accounts and financial reports to ensure accuracy in balance sheets, P&L, and other compliance.
  • Handling procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, capex management, salary & employee reimbursements, and fixed assets management.
  • Conducting financial statement variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast, period-over-period actuals).
  • Analyzing financial data and providing cost-saving opportunities to management.
  • Ensuring timely completion of internal and external audits with zero major non-compliance issues.
  • Preparing and finalizing income tax returns, monthly GST returns, monthly TDS, and reconciliation of input tax credit with zero non-compliance under GST and income tax act.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Effective leadership and teamwork skills, motivating teams to achieve peak performance.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills.
  • Experience with accounting systems (preferably Business Central), POS systems, and cost and inventory systems.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High-level attention to detail and ability to work independently or partner with others to promote teamwork.

Preferred Experience:

Candidates with experience in handling accounting operations across Pan India and familiarity with account receivable, account payable, fund management, internal and external audits, compliance, GST, and income tax act requirements will be preferred.

Location: Candidates from any location can apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Mumbai.

Salary Range: 50 LPA to 80 LPA
