Job Title: Site Execution Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Site Execution Manager to lead our wind turbine installation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of projects from site preparation to handover.

Your primary focus will be on managing site execution, including planning, coordinating, and supervising the work of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and implement site plans, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and logistics, to ensure seamless project execution
  • Manage and control project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD)
