Company Description With more than 160 sales and logistics facilities in over 70 countries highly efficient in-house production and more than 6 000 employees the Doka Group is one of the world s leading companies for developing manufacturing and distributing modern system formwork technology Our strong and effective sales organisation gives construction firms all over the world swift access to pathbreaking formwork solutions and services for all areas of cast-in-place building construction To continue building our high level of service for our customers the Doka Group not only invests in its employees professional and personal career development but also sets great store by foresighted personnel planning If you are detail-oriented passionate about technical drafting and eager to contribute to innovative formwork solutions this is your opportunity to join Doka s team and support our engineering and project operations Your responsibilities Prepare detailed 2D and 3D shop drawings plans and schematics for Doka formwork projects using AutoCAD and Revit Produce assembly and fabrication drawings of formwork elements to support execution and on-site installation Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams to deliver high-quality drawings within agreed deadlines Prepare material lists in coordination with the engineering team to support procurement and project planning Maintain proper documentation and submittals for clients and job sites Assist the engineering team with general design and site-related tasks as needed Ensure consistent application and continuous improvement of drawing templates and standards aligned with Doka s guidelines Finalize working drawings ensuring safe economical and efficient formwork designs Qualifications ITI Draftsman Course or equivalent technical qualification Proficient in AutoCAD 2D and 3D and other CAD BIM software is a plus Minimum 1-2 years of experience in drafting preferably with formwork or construction systems Proficient in English and Hindi written and verbal Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Additional Information Ability to manage multiple drafting tasks while adhering to strict deadlines Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving technologies and standards Willingness to learn about Indian construction industry and formwork drawing standards is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team Location This position will be based in Kharghar Navi Mumbai
