The LMS Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality learning experiences on the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain courses in Canvas LMS, ensuring alignment with instructional design specifications.">
  • Develop, format, and organize content pages, HTML pages, quizzes, assignments, and documents as per design document guidelines and accessibility standards.">
  • Create and manage course assets, ensuring they meet quality standards.">
  • Build/edit content on Content Management System (CMS).">
  • Conduct QA and QC reviews to ensure learning materials meet quality and accessibility standards.">
  • Troubleshoot and resolve LMS-related issues during course setup and delivery, collaborating with relevant teams for solutions.">
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project requirements and specifications are met.">
  • Deliver projects on time and ensure they meet the high-quality benchmarks of the organization.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology.">
  • 1 to 4 years of working knowledge on HTML.">
  • Experience working on the Canvas LMS and/or CMS is a plus.">
  • Basic knowledge of CSS, JS, and accessibility standards for course design.">
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and authoring tools such as Articulate 360 and H5P.">
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.">
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.">
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.">
