  • Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Citrix Administrator and play a key role in our organization's technology infrastructure. As a Citrix Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's Citrix Virtual Apps, XenDesktop, Citrix DaaS, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler) environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the company's virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) using Windows Server operating systems;
  • Implement and manage networking and security solutions to ensure the secure operation of the Citrix environment;
  • Develop and implement automation scripts using PowerShell to improve efficiency and reduce manual labor;
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support to users;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address areas for improvement within the Citrix environment.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps, XenDesktop, Citrix DaaS, and Citrix ADC (NetScaler);
  • Proficiency in managing Windows Server operating systems and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI);
  • Solid understanding of fundamental networking principles and security best practices;
  • Advanced diagnostic, analytical, and problem-solving skills to address intricate technical challenges;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, collaboration, and ability to work effectively under pressure.
