Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to design, develop and maintain data pipelines that extract data from APIs, process and store it in the Databricks Lakehouse platform.

This role requires deep expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT, APIs and Databricks.

  • The engineer must design and implement end-to-end pipelines from API extraction into Databricks Lakehouse.
  • The engineer must develop efficient ETL/ELT processes in Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake) to transform, cleanse and enrich data.
  • The data flows built by the engineer must be integrated into Oracle EPM to support reporting, forecasting and planning.
  • Data quality, consistency and governance across platforms must be ensured.
  • The pipeline performance, scalability and reliability must be optimized.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or related field is required along with 5+ years of experience in data engineering, ETL/ELT and data pipeline development.

  • Strong experience with Databricks, APIs and cloud platforms is essential.
