Job Summary:
Flex-I Partners is seeking a highly skilled Central Operations Manager to lead our Centralized Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Central Operations functions, including Accounts operations, Transaction services, and Treasury Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure proper and timely response to Local Regulators and RBI Circulars
- Oversee the FX position and limits to ensure they are within set approved limits
- Review comparative numbers in reports from Treasury Operations
- Ensure TAT is met to avoid escalations
- Leverage available resources to streamline plans, processes, and strategies
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Central Operations, with experience in managing teams and overseeing multiple projects. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
