Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced financial leader to join our IT services and consulting firm.

The role requires strong financial leadership, strategic planning, and analytical expertise to support business decision-making and drive growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance, and partnering with business leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency.
  • Leading and managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.
  • Monitoring financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlighting variances with actionable recommendations.
  • Managing end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.
  • Conducting financial modeling, business case preparation, and ROI analysis for new projects and investments.
  • Ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines as applicable.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Overseeing client billing, revenue recognition, and working capital management.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • At least 5+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership roles, preferably in IT/Consulting.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, financial tools, and MS Excel (advanced level).
