As a Workplace Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring our facilities and workplaces are functioning well.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage workspace operations, including maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
  • Lead the expansion of our workspace needs by working with building management and advisors to identify additional areas for growth.
  • Develop and implement a calendar of social, education, community, and volunteering events to foster a positive team culture.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors, building management, and neighboring tenants.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a people-focused role such as office management, facilities, or hospitality events management.
  • A low-ego attitude, being ready and excited to conquer any task.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable communicating proactively and directly.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization, with expertise in managing priorities.
  • Experience managing vendors to meet deadlines and stay within budget across different initiatives.
