**Job Title:** Memory Architect

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in memory design and architectures.

  • Designing and verifying SRAM designs at the compiler level, covering both design and layouts.
  • Populating and publishing execution plans, design quality plans, and DFMEA reports.
  • Ensuring project health and reporting on any risks and mitigation strategies.
**Key Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of different memory architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with SRAM leafcell GDS from scratch to top-level integration.
  • Expertise in working on memory layout design for advanced nodes (TSMC: 7nm/5nm/3nm).
  • Proficiency in physical verification flow debug tools like DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, IR.
  • Experience with Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification Flow.
  • Knowledge of good layout practices in lower process nodes like 7nm and 5nm.
  • Expertise in working on FinFET architecture and challenges like variability and manufacturability.
