**Job Title:** Technical Cloud Architect

We are currently looking to fill the Technical Cloud Architect role and would appreciate it if you could share suitable profiles for this position. For your reference, I have attached a job description.

**Infrastructure Strategy:

As a Technical Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in building and implementing infrastructure roadmaps for our organization, considering various criteria such as scalability, cost, performance, security, etc., for different software application needs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Qualification: Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• System Admin certification: AWS certified solution architect, LPIC, RHCE, VCP6-DCV, network certification like CCNA, ITIL certified.
• Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Unix/Linux, 9 years of experience in Linux/Unix shell scripting, well-versed.
• 6 years of experience in Digital e-comm application infrastructure, 6 years of experience in hardware/software firewall setup, 6 years of experience in Network, Firewall installation/mgmt, primarily in Cloud.
• 6 years of experience in Database installation and Maintenance, MySQL, Oracle, MS SQL, 6 years of experience in Non-Relational Data, Amazon Redshift, Glue, Dynamo DB.
• 4 years of experience in setting up and configuring Web App servers, Nginx, Apache, 6 years of experience in source control management, GIT.
• 4 years of experience in AWS Cloud, compute, VPC, cloudwatch, WAF, 6 years of experience in infrastructure automation on Cloud, 4 years of Hybrid Cloud, On-Prem-AWS, AWS-Azure-GCP.

**Benefits:

• Good knowledge of Network protocols like BGP, OSPF, ARP, DHCP, TCP, UDP.
• Exposure to NoSQL DBs like MongoDB, AWS Dynamo DB, Redshift.
• Experience in other Cloud platforms like Google and Azure is preferable.

**Project Experience:

• Should have done at least one ground-up planning and implementation of IT infrastructure.
• Should have maintained IT infrastructure for a 400-member team consisting of various functional disciplines.

As a Technical Cloud Architect, you will define infrastructure strategy and plan which includes hardware, networking, and software, OS, Application, security, monitoring, on AWS Cloud. You will also consult on cloud implementation adoption, considering several data factors of client organization, continuous monitoring, and optimization of resources, Cost on cloud platform, Infrastructure sizing for application, Disaster planning, hot switching, cold switching, backup, restore, Implementing disaster plan, Implementing system and application audit processes, Writing shell scripts to accomplish sys admin tasks, Setup and maintain Linux/Unix OS based servers, Setup/configure hardware and software-based firewall, Setup/configure and maintain database, MySQL, Oracle, Mongo DB, Setup/configure and manage web app servers, Apache, Nginx, IIS, Performance tune web app servers, Setup/configure and maintain DB and webserver clustering, Automate network, DB, webserver, app server monitoring, alert configuration, Setup and configure SMTP, DNS, SSL, SFTP, Troubleshoot webserver, DB, network issues related to fault, performance, security, Implement/deploy any software libraries or dependencies needed.
