About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate, Implementation. This role will function as part of the Living B2B Implementation Services team, ensuring seamless onboarding and engagement of corporate clients on Living.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Lead Delivery Manager to develop new client onboarding plans
  • Plan and implement launch calendars, communication kits, and Living demos for maximum impact during onboarding
  • Develop monthly wellness theme-based engagement plans to enhance adoption rates and user activity
  • Connect with client SPOCs on a timely basis to review progress and gather feedback
  • Provide regular reporting to both clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 2-5 years of experience in handling client engagement and client services roles

• Strong exposure to planning and implementing client outcomes

• Ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously

• Adherence to established processes and procedures

• Proficiency in promoting wellness solutions available on Living and other Roundglass domains

• Experience working with US clients is required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
