Job Role: Assistant Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, implement business strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support branch growth and profitability.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing day-to-day operations at the location.
  • Overseeing resources such as drivers, gunmen, and custodians.
  • Planning routes, assigning duties, and conducting audits.
  • Ensuring timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on the same day as intended.
  • Monitoring and performing operations in line with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Carrying out surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid-down processes.
  • Assisting ATM Executives in collecting, collating, recording, and reporting day-to-day operations.
  • Ensuring hassle-free operations by administering requirements.
  • Preparing rosters for crew members.
  • Maintaining hard copies of takeover and handover documents for ATMs.
  • Adhering to all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations.
  • Dispatching routes from the branch or vault office on time.
  • Following up with vault officers and bank officials on cash issuance for ATM replenishment.
  • Briefing teams on assigned tasks and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
