Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating student clubs, supporting the student council, and planning events and programs.

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication and project management skills.

  • Coordinate operations for Student Clubs
  • Support the Student Council in planning initiatives
  • Track activities and manage logistics for club events
  • Assist in organizing Masterclasses, Camps, and Mentorship Programs
  • Coordinate Industry Project logistics and student onboarding
  • Manage outreach and scheduling for Conferences
  • Plan and execute Mini Events
  • Support Cultural Events with cross-team collaboration

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Student Club Operations: Coordinate logistics, track activities, and manage events for Tech & Non-Tech Student Clubs
  • Student Council Support: Assist in planning student-led initiatives and provide support to the Student Council
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute Mini Events, Conferences, and other programs
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with vendors, internal stakeholders, and other teams to bring events and programs to life
  • Industry Project Management: Manage logistics, student onboarding, and feedback for Industry Projects
