Job Description

We are seeking a Product Strategy professional to shape and scale customer growth initiatives across acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty.

  • Drive customer growth through product-focused initiatives and experiments.
  • Build and scale rewards & loyalty programs to boost retention and engagement.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and business teams to execute growth strategies.
  • Lead A/B tests and champion/challenger experiments to validate ideas.
  • Present insights and dashboards to leadership with clear business impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field and MBA/Master's from a top-tier institution preferred.
  • Experience: 4–6 years total experience. At least 2 years in B2C hyper-frequent use cases (credit cards, gaming, trading, quick commerce) OR 2–3 years in top-tier consulting (MBB, preferably first cohort).
  • Tools & Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills with numbers, data analysis, and financial modeling.
    • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and analytics tools (Tableau/Python preferred).
    • Hands-on experience with growth funnels, lifecycle management, and cohort analysis.
    • Experience in product-led retention and scaling loyalty programs.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
