English Audio-to-Text Annotation Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled English audio-to-text annotation specialist to join our growing project. In this role, you will be responsible for converting English audio into accurate text transcripts using JSON-based annotation outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listen to and transcribe American English audio into text with a focus on accuracy and context.
  • Work with JSON files for structured annotations.
  • Use annotation tools to label and organize transcriptions.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and context-awareness in annotations.
  • Collaborate with the QA team for feedback and improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2–3+ years of proven experience in audio-to-text English annotation or transcription.
  • Strong command of American English (accent, idioms, vocabulary).
  • Comfort working with JSON structures (basic understanding required).
  • Prior experience with annotation tools (any industry-standard platforms).
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with preference for 40 hours per week.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
