Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Analog Design team as a Lead Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative circuit architectures and techniques to enable precise control and diagnostics of drivers while achieving best-in-class power density.

  • Circuit Architecture: Develop cutting-edge circuit designs that meet the required specifications and ensure optimal performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and model components, automation, and other critical design elements.
  • Design Ownership: Own the design and layout activities, including technical mentoring, schedule planning, and tracking.
  • Silicon Debug: Assist in silicon debug, characterization, and qualification support.
  • Bench and ATE Test: Support bench and automated test equipment (ATE) test with test plans, schematics, and layout verification.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop circuit architecture from datasheet/system specifications.
  • Engage in design and verification, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Define individual block design specifications based on full chip circuit architecture.
  • Lead design and layout activities, including technical mentoring and schedule planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize component definition and automation.
  • Support bench and ATE test with test plans, schematic, and layout verification.
  • Assist in silicon debug, characterization, and qualification support.

About This Role:

This is a key position within our BSM product line, focusing on Precise Signal, Intelligent Control, and Power Transfer research and development. Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in analog design, preferably in a lead or senior designer role.
  • Strong understanding of circuit architecture, design principles, and analytical methods.
  • Experience with design tools, such as CAD software, simulation platforms, and version control systems.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Prior experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
