**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and stability of our products.

  • Test Planning and Execution:
    • Develop and execute tests on new features, tools, and game content to ensure they meet exacting standards.
    • Create, maintain, and execute test plans and test cases across new and existing game content, tools, and platforms.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with developers, designers, artists, and product managers to identify potential quality risks early and communicate effectively throughout the testing process.

**LiveOps QA Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure Quality and Stability: Ensure quality and stability of all live operations deliveries across mobile and web platforms.
  • Collaboration and Testing: Collaborate with Product, Monetization, and Config teams to understand testing requirements and priorities, and test configured Live Events before and after they go live.

**Feature QA Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure Quality Delivery: Ensure quality delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles: Participate in Feature Sprint Cycles and track progress via test planning and execution, writing and maintaining Test Plans and Test Cases in Xray.

**Requirements**

**Must Have**

  • Professional Experience: 5+ years of professional QA experience in games or software testing.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of LiveOps processes, config validations, and content testing.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies quickly.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with bug tracking (Jira) and test management tools (Xray, TestRail, etc.).
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (Dev, Config, Product, Art).

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience: Experience testing F2P mobile or web-based games.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with slot games or monetization-driven content.
  • Automation Tools: Experience with automation tools or scripting for regression optimization.
