Senior GenAi Developer Role Summary

About the Job

This is a highly technical position requiring an experienced Senior GenAi Developer to lead AI/ML model implementation in large-scale enterprise systems.

  • The ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in implementing AI/ML models in complex, distributed environments.
  • Develop conversational bots with expertise in relevant technologies and frameworks.
  • Ensure seamless integration of bot systems with backend systems, databases, and APIs for efficient data exchange and interactions.
  • Proficient in Observability tools like Prometheus, Splunk, Datadog & Grafana.
  • DevOps SRE experience preferred with 2-5 years of hands-on experience.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Python programming language along with knowledge of Pandas, Numpy, Tensorflow and other relevant libraries and frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, anomaly detection, and large language models.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills in complex environments.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.
  • Able to work independently as a self-starter.
Preferred Skills
  • NLP (Natural Language Processing) & NLU (Natural Language Understanding), ML (Machine Learning), Conversational AI.
  • Web services integration expertise.
