Job Overview:

This position involves creating accurate and comprehensive technical documentation for customer orders. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of electrical systems and be able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate user manuals for electrical gear, including operation and maintenance manuals and submittals
  • Use electronic tools and applications to create customer documentation
  • Develop healthy working relationships with the US team for effective problem resolution and guidance
  • Maintain records, reports, and internal reference materials
  • Apply standard work and error proofing to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • 2-7 years of experience in a related field

Skills:

  • Understanding of Eaton business processes and systems
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with BidManager, Enovia, Vista, SharePoint
  • Solid understanding of markets and how our products service those markets
