Executive - Facilities Management
Job Description:
The role of the Executive - Facilities Management is a critical position responsible for managing the day-to-day site operations to ensure that SLAs are delivered as per agreed KPIs. The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and risk-free office environments and services to customers.
This involves supervising and managing facilities vendors, distributing and keeping records of consumables and facilities assets, maintaining inventories of equipment and supplies, and reporting unsafe or abnormal conditions to concerned teams.
Additionally, this role requires ensuring legal and statutory compliance at the site, achieving 100% compliance scores, overseeing compilation and delivery of monthly reports, and deploying manpower and resources effectively.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Team handling experience with good working knowledge of soft services, cafeteria management, and hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Graduate with 3-5 years of experience in Facilities Management industry in IT, Banking, or Corporate set up.
