Principal Integrations Consultant

We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal Integrations Consultant to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly with our product suite to meet specific customer requirements.

Your duties will include designing and developing customized applications, performing rigorous testing to ensure functionality and quality, and supporting customers during the deployment and testing of the solutions.

You will collaborate with our Research and Development team to maintain and enhance core product offerings, ensuring the successful completion of projects within defined scope.

This is a critical role aimed at helping clients fully realize the benefits of their products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute customer-facing projects in accordance with functional and technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and implement applications based on high-level specifications and logical workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design business application prototypes and iterate on solutions based on stakeholder feedback.
  • Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients to understand their requirements.
Technical Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft .NET (C#/.NET Core) with experience in developing enterprise-grade applications.
  • Skilled in supporting technologies and frameworks, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SignalR, Angular, WCF Services, and Microsoft IIS.
  • Experience in scripting with proficiency in Python and familiarity with other scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Strong background in API design and development, with an emphasis on building microservices architectures.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system integrations.
  • Deep understanding of RESTful API principles and Agile software development methodologies.
Education & Experience:
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
