**Job Title:** Senior Software Engineer

As a seasoned software engineer, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining cloud solutions, managing production environments, and automating tasks using custom scripts and tools like Puppet, Chef, or Ansible. You will work closely with the IT team to analyze requirements and alternatives and make recommendations.

Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, install, and maintain private & public cloud solutions (Rackspace, AWS).
  • Manage and maintain a production Linux environment with at least 4 years of experience.
  • Set up and maintain a kickstart environment.
  • Automate tasks and maintenance using a combination of custom scripts and tools.
  • Experience setting up and managing Hadoop Cluster, HBase infrastructure, including adding nodes, rebuilding, and backing up databases.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience with the MEAN stack (emphasis on Angular and Node).
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud.
  • Linux Applications (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache etc.).
  • Hadoop.
  • Puppet, Chef, Ansible.
  • Monitoring tools (Nagios, Ganglia, Zenoss).
