Gold Smithing Instructor

Job Summary

Global Dynamic Talent Solutions is seeking a skilled Gold Smithing Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and training students in various goldsmithing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor students' daily activities in coordination with the Goldsmith Admin Department.
• Develop and deliver training programs in goldsmithing techniques, including reducing designs and blueprints, softening metal, and combining silver with copper.
• Assist students in developing their skills in hammering, shaping, beating, stamping, and soldering.
• Provide guidance on chasing and repouss, electro-plating, engine turning, and other advanced techniques.
• Collaborate with the Goldsmith Admin Department to ensure students meet the required standards.
• Develop and refine students' skills in measuring ring sizes, enamelling, and making catches and chains.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in teaching goldsmithing techniques.
• Knowledge of course development and delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
• Educational qualifications in goldsmithing or a related field.
