Silverworking Instructor

We are seeking an experienced Gold Smith Instructor to join our team at Global Dynamic Talent Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching the craft of gold smithing and be able to develop and deliver engaging training programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for gold smithing, including theory and practical sessions.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback and guidance as needed.
• Collaborate with the Goldsmith Admin Department to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in gold smithing.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in teaching the craft of gold smithing.
• Knowledge of course development principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and mentor junior staff.
• Master's Degree or certification in gold smithing (or related field) is desirable.
