Job Title:

Assistant Loss Prevention Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our loss prevention operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the protection of property assets, employees, and guests.

Your responsibilities will include conducting hazard and risk assessments at the property, developing and implementing action plans to monitor and control risk, and overseeing loss prevention operations. You will also be responsible for maintaining logs, certifications, and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct hazard and risk assessments at the property, including quarterly OSHA SAFETY audits, incident tracking, and hazard abatement process.
  • Develop and implement action plans to monitor and control risk, oversee loss prevention operations, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain logs, certifications, and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in security, loss prevention, or related professional area
  • OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Criminal Justice or related major
  • 1 year of experience in security, loss prevention, or related professional area
