Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components using cutting-edge technology.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights on market needs and consumer trends to inform product development strategies.
  • Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures with finite element analysis validation for optimal performance.
  • Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design expertise.
  • Cultivate partnerships with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery services.
  • Conduct rigorous testing for durability, safety, and compliance standards.
  • Optimize materials and processes for cost efficiency, weight reduction, and performance enhancement.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes for seamless execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping techniques.
