Product Development Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Developing components within mechanical, electronics, mechatronics or electric vehicle (EV) sectors requires hands-on experience.
  2. A strong foundation in sourcing and developing structural or mechanical assemblies is crucial for success.
  3. Designing and developing automotive interiors or accessories is ideal for someone with experience in this area.
Technical Skills:
  • Design & prototype wheelchair frames, drive modules, and ergonomic components.
  • Engineer lightweight, robust load-bearing structures (FEA validation).
  • Integrate motors, batteries, and control systems with structural design.
  • Collaborate with vendors for precision fabrication and quality delivery.
  • Conduct testing for durability, safety, and compliance.
  • Optimize materials and processes for cost, weight, and performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of product specifications, changes, and manufacturing processes. Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
  • B.E./M.E. in Mechanical, Automotive, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • 2–4 years' experience in product development (mobility, automotive, or structural products).
  • Proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks/AutoCAD).
  • Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and prototyping.
  • Exposure to EV/mechatronic systems is a plus.
