About the Role:
ATSPL - Delhi - C58 is seeking a skilled Training Content Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our content strategy team, you will be responsible for managing a team of technical writers, instructional designers, and graphic designers. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality content to our customers, while also driving content-related programs from conception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of technical writers, instructional designers, and graphic designers
Develop and implement content strategies to meet business objectives
Collaborate with stakeholders globally to drive content-related programs
Analyze data to identify pain points and develop solutions
Create standards, tooling solutions, and visions for content portfolios and systems
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar role
Minimum 6-8 years of experience in technical/content/business writing and editing
Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams
Experience with HTML, XML, DITA, and content management systems (CMS)
Experience working in an Agile content development environment
Ability to understand complex applications and system concepts
Passionate about data and driving actions through insights
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in a related field
Resume that shows steady progression in Training/Learning Management for the last 5+ years in a manufacturing/production/distribution/transportation and logistics leadership role
Ability to adapt well to fast-paced, yet ambiguous, environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment
Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience
