Interior Design Professional

We are seeking an Interior Design Professional to join our team. This role requires a talented individual with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have a passion for luxury furniture and home styling, and be able to work closely with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Showroom Walkthrough
    • Meet and greet customers at the showroom, providing a premium shopping experience.
    • Understand client preferences, home aesthetics, and functional needs to suggest suitable furniture, upholstery fabric, rugs, lights, and accessories.
    • Guide customers through the showroom, explaining material choices, design philosophies, and craftsmanship behind each piece.
  • Design Consultation & Pre-Sales Support
    • Provide professional design inputs based on clients' space requirements, color schemes, and lifestyle needs.
    • Curate personalized product selections and suggest suitable combinations of furniture, lighting, and décor.
    • Assist clients in visualizing products in their space using mood boards, sketches, or digital tools.
  • Quotation & Sales Coordination
    • Prepare detailed quotes and pricing estimates based on client selections.
    • Collaborate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely follow-ups and order processing.
    • Maintain a database of potential clients and proactively reach out to schedule showroom visits.
  • Relationship Building & Lead Generation
    • Engage with interior designers, architects, and homebuyers to foster strong relationships and generate leads.
    • Conduct regular follow-ups via calls, emails, or showroom visits to convert potential clients into customers.
    • Participate in design events, workshops, and exhibitions to showcase Alankaram's offerings.
