We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead third-party audits of SA 8000 management systems. As a trusted expert in this field, you will deliver timely and accurate reports to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have APSCA Level 3 qualification, an engineering degree, and 8-10 years of industry experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.

This role involves managing key customer relationships and supporting the sales team on technical aspects. The successful candidate will be familiar with digital tools and maintain appropriate audit credentials.

  • Deliver high-quality audit reports to customers within agreed timelines.
  • Document and report all audit activities and results.
  • Manage customer expectations and provide timely approvals for reports and certificates.
  • Support the sales team in providing technical expertise to customers.

A strong understanding of business operations and excellent interpersonal skills are required for this position.
