Job Description:

As a seasoned Identity and Access Management (IAM) professional, we are seeking an experienced IAM Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure IAM solutions and integrations, ensuring seamless access management policies and workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4–12 years of development experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) tools and .NET technologies.
  • Mandatory experience in at least one IAM tool: Okta, SailPoint, Forgerock, Oracle Identity Management, or Microsoft Identity Manager.
  • Strong experience in .NET (C# or VB.NET) and SQL Server.
  • Knowledge of REST API and WCF is an advantage.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle.
  • Solid knowledge of Identity Lifecycle, Access Management, and application provisioning/de-provisioning.
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Azure and Active Directory; Azure AD experience is an added advantage.
  • Fluent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
