Imagining a global content marketplace that connects companies and content creators to scale up content creation processes across various verticals is an exciting challenge. On the other end, we collaborate with over 2500+ customers like Amazon, Adobe, Google, HDFC Bank, Adani, and a significant portion of the startup ecosystem.

A key role in this endeavor is that of the Associate Creative Director - Copy. This position involves overseeing the quality of all copywriting deliverables, implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes, providing feedback to writers, and ensuring that all content aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining the integrity of our content and its effectiveness across various platforms.

Note - A background in creative agencies can be advantageous but not necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with clients to understand their content needs and expectations, ensuring all content exceeds client requirements and addressing any concerns or revisions promptly.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the copywriting process and implement changes to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Oversee the quality of all short-form written content, including marketing materials, social media posts, and more, ensuring it is engaging, error-free, and meets client specifications.
  • Collaborate effectively with copywriters, editors, and project managers to provide constructive feedback and guidance.
  • Manage and assist in hiring a pool of freelance copywriters and editors.
  • Strategize copy ideas with clients, ensuring that content strategies effectively address their needs and goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (6+ years) in copywriting, with at least 4 years in a lead role overseeing content projects.
  • Managed a team of at least 5-6 copywriters.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of copywriting samples and an understanding of various content styles.
  • Excellent command of grammar, punctuation, and style, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
