**Job Overview**

**Requirements:**

  • A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
  • Candidates with 0–5 years of experience, preferably in microfinance or sales, are highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of the JLG model and regional market penetration is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage disbursements and collections with minimal default, are necessary.
