Job Description:

As a Harness Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical harnesses to meet project requirements. You will work closely with the project team to ensure timely delivery of accurate and reliable harness designs.

  • Accountable for
  • Delivery of the right product at the right moment to the project Train Electrical Engineer
  • Harness Design workload on his/her project/tender,
  • Applying of the Metier rules and processes
  • Responsible for
  • Delivery of harness 3D models from mechanical integration,
  • Managing the EHI QCD of his/her project,
  • Managing the EHI work-load of his/her project, and effective utilization of Harness designer
  • Sub-contracting management (definition, monitoring, acceptance)
  • Monitors, controls and consolidates her/his work package.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have

  • Good Interpersonal skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 12 years of relevant industrial experience in Harness design and routing, Sheet metal design
  • Knowledge of CATIA V5 software
  • Experience in activity management and team management
