Geospatial Pre-Sales & Tendering Expert

About this Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to lead proposal development, technical bid creation, and tendering processes for geospatial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GIS, remote sensing, drone mapping, photogrammetry, LiDAR, and government tendering norms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end proposal and bid management for geospatial tenders (RFPs, EOIs, RFQs).
  2. Collaborate with technical and sales teams to create tailored solutions for client requirements.
  3. Prepare high-quality technical and commercial proposals aligned with tender specifications.
  4. Analyze and interpret tender documents, eligibility criteria, and contract clauses.
  5. Engage in pre-bid meetings, client interactions, and clarification rounds.
  6. Maintain and update bid tracker, proposal templates, and documentation library.
  7. Support business development team in client presentations and solution pitching.
  8. Identify new tender opportunities via online portals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, Geography, Remote Sensing, Environmental Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in geospatial pre-sales, tendering, or proposal management.
  • Strong understanding of geospatial technologies including GIS, LiDAR, photogrammetry, UAVs, and CAD.
  • Proven experience in preparing winning proposals for government and multilateral-funded projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with bidding portals and Indian public procurement process.
