We are seeking a highly motivated Spa Operations Director to oversee the daily operations of our spa. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills, as well as a proven track record in the spa industry.

Job Description:

The Spa Operations Director will be responsible for managing staff, developing and implementing spa policies and procedures, creating and managing budgets, and ensuring that the spa meets its revenue targets.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing staff, including hiring, training, delegating, improving performance, firing, and other staff interactions
  • Overseeing daily operations and ensuring that the spa runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Developing and implementing spa policies and procedures
  • Creating and managing budgets, ensuring the spa meets its revenue targets
  • Overseeing the development of new spa treatments and the marketing of the spa
  • Maintaining inventory and ordering spa supplies from vendors
  • Monitoring inventories and ensuring that the spa complies with all state and local health codes
  • Supervising the maintenance of the facility and ensuring that all safety procedures are followed
  • Organizing workday schedules and managing staff-related issues
  • Tending to the needs of guests and striving for a quality experience for every guest
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience working as a spa manager, spa director, or in a similar role in the spa industry
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and health and safety regulations
  • Ability to effectively manage a diverse team of employees
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Commitment to continuing education and staying current with industry trends

Salary: 3-4.5 LPA (approximately $40,000 - $60,000 per year)
