Key Roles & Responsibilities:

- Develop market activation strategies and create the right marketing mix for new geographies.
- Lead both digital and offline marketing campaigns to enhance awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
- Customer Experience:
- Own and enhance the end-to-end customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and delightful customer experience.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Ensure timely execution of projects and initiatives that impact customer satisfaction.
- Leadership Development:
- Mentor and lead a team of professionals focused on business development and customer success.
- Build high-performing teams through structured training and career development programs.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-focused, and goal-driven team culture.
- Process Excellence:
- Define the business development roadmap in alignment with organizational priorities.
