Job Title: Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services.

  • Provision and manage Amazon Connect instances using the AWS Management Console.
  • Monitor and log performance and activity metrics using Amazon CloudWatch.
  • Manage user permissions and access control using AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM).

The successful candidate will also have experience with microservices integration, including:

  • Executing backend code in response to events using AWS Lambda.
  • Coordinating microservices into serverless workflows using AWS Step Functions.

Additionally, the candidate should have knowledge of Amazon Lex management, including:

  • Building conversational interfaces using voice and text.
  • Backend integration and handling fulfillment logic using AWS Lambda.
  • User authentication and authorization using Amazon Cognito.

Other key responsibilities include:

  • Managing real-time data streaming using Amazon Kinesis Data Streams.
  • Processing data in real-time using AWS Lambda.
  • Analyzing customer conversations with machine learning using AWS Contact Lens.

Desirable skills include knowledge of Avaya CC, Genesys Cloud Contact Center, NICE, and other contact center technologies.
