Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations with clients, building a network of third-party contractors, and addressing maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Managing the team of supervisors to deliver on-ground results
  2. Managing customer relations with clients
  3. Building a network of third-party contractors for work in properties
  4. Addressing maintenance issues raised by tenants and owners
  5. Scheduling property inspections and preparing reports on the property at various points in time
  6. Maintaining and updating databases of daily activities as per company standards
  7. Collection of rent, tracking rent escalation status, managing lease termination/expirations, and move-out processes

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem-solving skills
  • CRM skills
  • Strong coordination skills
  • MS office, Email, and digital skills
  • A graduate from any discipline is preferred
  • Experience in admin/facility management/contractor-related work is preferred
  • Min 4-year total work experience in any field is mandatory
  • Min 1-year Customer relationship experience is mandatory

Compensation:

CTC range 4.0LPA - 5LPA (exceptions considered for good candidates)
