Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Customer Relations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relations with clients, building a network of third-party contractors, and addressing maintenance issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the team of supervisors to deliver on-ground results
- Managing customer relations with clients
- Building a network of third-party contractors for work in properties
- Addressing maintenance issues raised by tenants and owners
- Scheduling property inspections and preparing reports on the property at various points in time
- Maintaining and updating databases of daily activities as per company standards
- Collection of rent, tracking rent escalation status, managing lease termination/expirations, and move-out processes
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Problem-solving skills
- CRM skills
- Strong coordination skills
- MS office, Email, and digital skills
- A graduate from any discipline is preferred
- Experience in admin/facility management/contractor-related work is preferred
- Min 4-year total work experience in any field is mandatory
- Min 1-year Customer relationship experience is mandatory
Compensation:
CTC range 4.0LPA - 5LPA (exceptions considered for good candidates)
