Embedded Systems Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead the development of advanced sensor and actuator models for simulation environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design high-fidelity plant models using Simulink or equivalent tools.
  • Integrate models seamlessly into VHiL, HiL, SiL, and CoSim environments.
  • Maintain interface standards for model consumption across platforms.
Data Acquisition & Characterization:
  • Lead data collection efforts from physical devices to support model validation.
  • Analyze diagnostic responses and performance metrics to refine model behavior.
Testing & Validation:
  • Develop test cases based on customer feedback and evolving model requirements.
  • Evaluate model robustness with vehicle calibration variations and real-world operating conditions.
Change & Release Management:
  • Manage model lifecycle including enhancements, release documentation, and technical support.
  • Maintain traceability and version control across updates.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with suppliers and hardware teams to gather and align requirements.
  • Balance short-term and long-term modeling fidelity needs between in-house and supplier-based solutions.
  • Harmonize virtualization requirements across domains.
Requirements Definition:
  • Define virtualization requirements for modeling and hardware ecosystems.
  • Translate calibration differences into robust model design strategies.
