Job Title: Technical Project Manager

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs, translating business goals into scalable technical road-maps and coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.
  • Define project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions.
  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models, prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks.
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents on cloud platforms.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Manage vendor contracts and budgets.
  • Mentor scrum teams, conduct sprint retros, and drive continuous improvement with OKR tracking.
  • Coordinate change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical Project Management Experience: 6-8 years in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives.
  • Demonstrated Delivery of GenAI or LLM-based Solutions: hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.
  • Proven Command of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban Rituals: Jira and Confluence power user.
  • Solid Grasp of Cloud-Native Architectures: microservices, APIs, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong Data Literacy: SQL, basic Python, prompt engineering, and model evaluation metrics (BLEU, ROUGE, hallucination rate).
  • Experience Managing Multi-Stakeholder Programs: across product, legal, security, and operations.
  • Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management Skills: executive presentation skills.
